What makes your prints special?
Every print and frame is made to order. Each photograph is printed on 308gsm, high quality archival matt art paper and framed using solid, sustainably sourced woods, and doesn't use veneers, MDF or any other type of reconstituted materials. The frames are crafted with 100% acid-free materials and are FSC-certified for responsible forestry.
Where do you ship to?
The framed prints ship to the UK, to Germany and the US.
How long does shipping take?
Each one of my fine art prints takes approximately 7-14 business days to print, mount, frame and ship. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to keep an eye on your order.
My print arrived damaged. What should I do?
On the rare occasion that your print arrives in damaged condition, please let me know immediately. Kindly send some photos of the damaged piece and the box that it came in to hello@re-collection.io so I can help.
Can I make any custom orders?
Please email me about custom order so we can discuss whether I can make it happen or not. I'll always do my best to provide the best options for everyone.
What is the return policy?
All prints and frames are made to order and are non-refundable. If you would like to amend your order, please email me at hello@re-collection.io.
